How long do UK orders take to arrive?

We use a Print on Demand service for our TAW merch so shipping times take slightly longer than normal. We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days.

How long does it take to ship internationally?

Shipping inside the EU may take up to two weeks, whilst shipping outside the EU can take up to 3 weeks.

Delivery times can vary depending on customs, etc.

What post operator do you use?

All our UK orders are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service or DPD. Orders outside the UK are typically sent through Royal Mail, USPS or DPD dependent on the location.

Can I track my order?

All orders are shipped using a Tracked service.

My order still hasn’t shown up?

Please get in touch with the email [email protected] if:

You’re a UK postcode and your order hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks.

You’re in Europe and your order hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks then get in touch.

You’re outside of Europe and your order hasn’t arrived within 5 weeks.

I ordered the wrong size, how do I exchange it for the correct size?
